On PP7, a football odd/even market is settled by the number of goals in the named match period. You are choosing the parity of the total, not which team wins. The rule is simple enough to explain in a minute, but the wager is still priced with a bookmaker margin and one late goal can reverse the result.
How Odd and Even Are Decided
Add both teams' goals from the period written on the bet slip. Totals such as 1, 3, 5 and 7 are odd; 0, 2, 4 and 6 are even. A standard full-match football market usually covers 90 minutes plus added time. Extra time and a penalty shoot-out are normally outside the settlement unless the rules explicitly include them.
- At 2–1 there are three goals, so Odd is the winning side.
- A 1–1 score contains two goals and settles as Even.
- Nil-nil also settles as Even, because zero is an even number.
Read the small market label before confirming. First-half, second-half, live and tournament offers can use a narrower period than the final match score.

- Select a fixture and locate Total Goals – Odd/Even.

A suspended button often means something important is happening on the pitch or under review. Repeated taps will not hold the earlier odds. Wait for the market to reopen and decide again if the price changes.

No research can turn parity into a certainty, yet match context is more useful than simply counting whether the last few totals were odd or even. Look at how often each side creates and concedes chances, who is available, and whether the fixture is likely to be open or cautious. A sequence of O and E labels has very little predictive meaning by itself.
Line-ups and playing style
A missing striker can reduce a team's threat; a makeshift defence can increase opportunities at both ends. Confirmed teams, weather, travel and a crowded schedule may all change the expected pace, but none dictates the final parity.
What the match means
A knockout second leg or relegation fight can unfold differently from an ordinary league fixture. A side that must score may take more risks. Use that information to understand the match rather than to pretend the outcome is fixed.
Odd/Even During Live Play
Live markets reveal the current score, tempo and red cards, while giving you less time to think. Ignore the idea that the total has to “balance out.” If the half-time total is odd, mathematics does not make an even final total due.
A video stream may also lag behind PP7's betting feed. Use the score and clock shown in the market panel for context, and be prepared for a submission to be declined or returned with a revised price.
